Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Term	Meaning

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Verification

4.3 Currency & Fees

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Your Obligations

2222brt monitors platform activity continuously for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Suspected violations will be investigated, and accounts found to be in breach will be suspended pending investigation, with permanent closure and forfeiture of balances as the outcome in confirmed cases.

Game Rules & Fairness

Account Suspension & Closure

2222brt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from 2222brt.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• The account holder is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Chargeback initiated by the account holder against a deposit transaction. Chargebacks are treated as a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any bonus funds or winnings derived from the disputed transaction.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Dormancy fees and handling procedures will be communicated to players before any deduction is made from a dormant account balance.

Where an account is closed by 2222brt due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money Balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation and will be forfeited in cases where the breach is confirmed. 2222brt will endeavour to communicate the reason for closure to the affected player where it is lawful and operationally appropriate to do so.
